💌 Returns, Exchanges, & Lost Packages Policy

We want you to be happy with your order! Here’s how we handle things in case something goes wrong:

 

🖨️ Printed Products (Apparel, Mugs, Prints, Accessories)

Each item is specially made just for you once you place an order. Because of this:

Defective, Damaged, or Misprinted Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please reach out to us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement at no additional cost. Photos of the issue help us speed things up.

Change of Mind / Wrong Size

Because each item is made to order just for you, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. Please check the size guide and product details carefully before placing your order.

Lost Packages

If your package never arrives, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered! If it’s been more than a few days past the estimated delivery date, contact us and we’ll investigate. Once confirmed lost, we’ll send out a replacement at no cost.

Note: Orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout aren’t eligible for free replacement, but we’ll always do our best to help find a solution.

Custom, one-of-a-kind artwork created by me is final sale. Because these pieces are handmade and made specifically for you, they are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

 

Damaged in Transit (Custom Art Only)

If your custom artwork arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damage. We’ll do our best to help resolve the situation:

All custom artwork orders valued over $100 are shipped insured at no extra cost. In these cases, we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. The carrier may request that you bring the damaged item and packaging to your local post office for inspection.

For custom artwork under $100, insurance may not be included. In these cases, we cannot guarantee a replacement, but we’ll still work with you on possible solutions.
